Rosebank Bike Shed winners!

Congratulations to Aspendale Gardens Primary School (Vic) and Kurnell Primary School (NSW), winners of the Rosebank Bike Shed competition. These schools received the most entries for their category and are the lucky recipients of a Rosebank Helmets Ride2School Bike Shed valued at $15,000. The new Bike Sheds were presented to both schools just in time for the 2009 Ride2School day by Olympic Gold Medallists, James Tomkins and Drew Ginn. Congratulations to our 2nd runner up schools Ararat West Primary and Oatlands Primary School. Both schools won a fantastic family pack of 4 Repco Bikes and 4 Rosebank Helmets. Congratulations also to our 3rd runners up, Brunswick South West Primary and North Melbourne Primary School. Both schools won a Repco kids bike and Rosebank helmet. Thank you to everyone who nominated a Primary School during this competition.

Ride2School

Rosebank is an active sponsor and supporter of the Ride2School Program, conducted by Bicycle Victoria. Rosebank provides over 1,000 helmets as prizes for Ride2School events and competitions, including the Hands Up program, to boost interest and the success of the program for the good of the students, the schools, the environment, and the community as a whole. At Rosebank, we look towards the future and work towards improving the safety and wellbeing of all generations as well as the environment in which we all live.

Rosebank Kidsafe Safe and Active Kids Kits

Kidsafe and Rosebank have developed a fun and educational primary school resource about staying active and safe. Distributed to thousands of schools nationwide, the Safe and Active Kids Kit is designed to educate primary school children on: Transportation, Personal Health and the Environment Helmet and Bike Safety, and Cycling and the Future. These activity kits also provide suggestions for school and community initiatives to promote safe and healthy activity. Sanitarium Weet-bix Kids TRYathlon 2008 & 2009 Series

Rosebank is the proud supporter and major sponsor of the annual Sanitarium Weet-bix Kids TRYathlon. This mutli-sports event, held nationwide in 8 Australian cities, attracts more than 16,000 child participants each year and aims to be part of every Australian child’s journey to an active healthy life. With Rosebank’s pledge to health, safety and fun, Rosebank contributes prizes to participants, as well as an activity booth and a helmet and bicycle safety checkpoint at each event.
