This helmet has been the result of 18 months development and utilises advanced CNC trimming methods to create a new MTB styled In-Mould design that was not previously possible, with rear exhaust vents cut out of a single shell. This creates a stronger, lighter and more integrated helmet. In developing this model, we have focussed on three key design features: 1. It must be comfortable. The internal shape is a continuously smooth, rounded profile, that offers a more comfortable fit. We have added the new Headlok 6 fit system for two-fingered customised fit every time you put it on and finished it off with a thick, once piece sealed helmet pad that cushions all the contact points. And it only weighs 285g. 2. It must be well vented. If we are making an All Mountain helmet, it must help you stay cool for long hours in the saddle, so all 19 vents are positioned to catch the cool air and send the hot air on its way. 3. It must look good. Our designer has captured the contemporary MTB look combining the smooth, rounded profile and coverage of a skate helmet with the lighter weight and ventilation of high end Cross Country helmets
